Dealul Goleștilor Winery is more than a wine project, it is the continuation of a story written over generations, in a place where vines have grown for centuries.

The vineyards are planted on south-facing slopes, where generous sunlight and fertile soils provide ideal conditions for grapes to develop wines with character and depth. Dealul Goleștilor is a place with deep roots and an open horizon, where past and future meet in every harvest.

The winery came to life in 2014, with the planting of the first hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. In 2024, the estate was expanded with the addition of Cabernet Franc and Syrah, varieties that bring greater depth and balance to the wines. That same year, the winery officially opened its doors to visitors.

The philosophy of the winery is clear: quality before quantity. For each variety, no more than 2,000 bottles are produced annually, without compromise and without shortcuts. The wines are simple yet profound, authentic, and true to the place from which they come.

All vineyard work is carried out manually, with care and respect for the vine. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then gently crushed in the winery to preserve their natural expression. Fermentation takes place under controlled conditions in stainless steel tanks, highlighting pure aromas, while part of the wine is aged in oak barrels, where it gains roundness and subtle complexity.

Crama Dealul Goleștilor actively contributes to reaffirming the prestige of the DOC Ștefănești region, standing as an example of a modern wine project rooted in local history and guided by authenticity and quality.

Each bottle bears the name PĂRINTE (“Parent”), a symbol of patience, passion, and the care to do things the right way, a wine that brings to the table the people, places, and moments that truly matter.
