In the heart of the Miniș-Măderat Vineyard, among the gentle hills of the Zărand Mountains and under the watchful gaze of the Șiria Fortress, lies Elite Wine Winery, guarded by two centuries-old trees brought here as early as 1845. Here, passion for wine and respect for the land have transformed almost forgotten vineyards into a true success story, begun in 2005 by two Romanians and an Austrian.

From ruins to excellence

We started from a deteriorated building and forgotten vines, working patiently and carefully on every detail. The 35-hectare limit has helped us preserve quality and authenticity, without compromise.

Every wine, our story

The grapes are hand-harvested in small crates, and each wine is carefully supervised. Every bottle bears the imprint of the oenologist and of each harvest year, expressing the terroir and the character of the vineyard.

Grape varieties and aroma

From Mustoasa de Măderat - a fresh white wine - to Cadarca de Miniș - a red with fine tannins - along with 12 indigenous and international varieties, vinified separately or in special blends, such as Miraculix with Fetească Neagră.

Technology with respect for nature

The modernized winery allows controlled fermentation and ageing, yet we let the wine follow its own rhythm, preserving the natural balance and complexity of each year.
