Short description:
The vineyard and the winery owned by the Darie family are located on the hills near DN2A national road, not far from Hârşova, along the Danube River. Today the plantation consists of 29 ha of vine. It is a private business owned by the Darie family, who originally owned only 22 hectares of vines.
The owner's dream has always been to produce exceptional wine from grapes grown and cared for properly on Romanian soil which has a privileged geographic position.
From the very beginning the family wanted to obtain high quality products. Thus, in 2009, they started working hard on the 22 ha of vine. The Darie familiy have always wanted their products to fall under the category of Premium wines and have always worked hard in order to accomplish that dream.
Darie winery aims to produce high quality wines. Today we come before you with the following wines: Chardonnay, Fetească Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and the Rose which is a blend of the three varieties mentioned above.
